East Greenwich, RI – Heather Provino, Provant’s CEO, will present talks with two of Provant’s clients, SC Johnson and FirstEnergy, at Conference Board forums in San Diego on March 10, and New York on March 17, respectively.
In San Diego on March 10, Provino and Kevin McCabe, M.D., executive director of Occupational and Environmental Health at SC Johnson, will discuss how employers can support members on their journey to optimal well-being. Provino is a leading strategist in the well-being industry and will cover the latest research and best practices in member engagement, motivation, and analytics. McCabe is strong advocate for employee well-being and has been instrumental in building a robust culture of health at SC Johnson. Effective program design and progressive stages will be illustrated with SC Johnson’s case study.
On March 17 in New York, the presentation by Provino and two benefits leaders from FirstEnergy, Tina Speicher and Sharyn Ball, will explain how to build employee and well-being program success. As a workplace well-being thought-leader, Provino will examine current and near-term trends in developing engagement and personalization strategies for particular workforces and various constituencies within different workforces. Speicher and Ball will present engagement and health risks trends, program refinement instruments, and steps taken to increase engagement and behavior change.
