I joined Provant in July 2010. I have worked in health care and wellness for 36 years.
I oversee a team of people that provide the best customer service possible to client employees, whether it involves scheduling appointments, answering incentive questions or more general questions. My team is also responsible for all employee biometric data and reporting.
I truly believe that the smallest thing can have a major impact on someone’s work or quality of life. I am always conscious of this and I bring this philosophy to work with me each day.
I recently received a phone call from an employee who had a question unrelated to her company’s wellness program. She began to cry and explained that her husband had just died and she was frustrated because her employer had kept referring her questions to someone else. I offered to contact her doctor and get the information she needed. Here was someone in so much pain reaching out for help and my simple offer to make a call meant so much to her. I was able to resolve her problem in five minutes.
The passion of my colleagues to perform above and beyond the expectations of employers and their employees has truly amazed me since joining Provant. At most companies, you would expect this attitude and drive from a few people, but it is truly shared by the whole company. It is infectious.
Outside of work, my passion is quilting.
Client Management Specialist
I coordinate schedules, make travel arrangements, answer our hotline, and any other function that supports our staff on the ground nationwide. They feel more confident and do a better job when I do my job well. It’s interrelated.
My work philosophy: Go Big or Go Home. We are always looking at the bigger picture in our goals and ideas.
The unique thing I’ve noticed about Provant is how our core company values are truly shared by our workforce nationwide. We have the same passion, commitment and professionalism.
My passion outside of work is baseball. I am the short-stop for a men’s summer league.
Senior Client Specialist
I help clients understand the importance of being aware of their own health. More importantly, I help them understand how easy it is to improve it!
I would describe Provant as creative, unique and fun. It’s always high energy here. We all contribute new ideas to create the best, customized solutions for employers.
Regional Staffing Coordinator
I help recruit the highest quality health care professionals to serve as on-site staff. I am responsible for 13 states, particularly the northeast.
I am dependable and diligent, but I’m also a jokester. I pride myself on getting a smile out of people. I feel my outgoing nature has helped me create a strong bond with my co-workers, including those on the ground across the country.
I believe Provant is different in that we tailor our wellness programs to fit the needs of our clients and their employee population rather than offer cookie cutter options.
As a company, Provant is innovative, competitive and reliable. We strive to provide our clients with the most qualified and professional staff for their programs and events, as well as the newest and most effective tools to achieve their wellness goals.
My job is to make the client’s life easier by getting the answers to all of their questions and to ensure their experience with Provant is a positive one that keeps them coming back!
My personal philosophy is to always think positively and to listen! I feel a positive attitude in the workplace is essential to feeling good about the work you do. I believe that being a good listener is a great quality to have in the workplace. Each and every employee brings different skills and knowledge to their role and listening will help people learn from each other.
Provant is light years ahead of other companies with regards to the morale in the workplace. I love coming to work at Provant. Each day I feel as though I have accomplished something and helped someone perform their job better.
Senior Vice President, Clinical Services
I joined Provant in September 2007. I have worked in the health care and worksite wellness industry for nearly three decades.
I am responsible for the clinical programming, the medical director, compliance and product delivery. My real role is to contribute to the quality and reproducibility of our services/products.
I believe what sets Provant apart from other wellness providers is our inability to say the word, “can’t”. We are a dynamic company, responsive to client needs and always striving to better our programs and performance.
I cannot say enough about the dedication my colleagues have for the employers and employees we serve. I have witnessed one of our on-site managers get in a car at 6 p.m. to drive eight hours and execute an event because a flight had been cancelled. This type of effort happens all the time.
Outside of wellness, my family is my passion. I also enjoy traveling, cooking and gardening.
Senior Accounting Specialist
I love knowing that what we do as a company every day changes people lives for the better.
I would describe Provant as caring. Each of us here truly care about our clients and want to guide them in the right direction with their health and wellness. To us, our clients are not just a number; we treat each one on an individual basis.
I absolutely love hearing from clients who are ready for change because their biometric results were a serious eye-opener. For example, many of the employees we screen have not seen a doctor in years and assume they are in good health because they feel fine. However, they may actually be borderline diabetic or have really high cholesterol. Once we know that, we work with them to reduce their risk, and they look forward to us coming back the following year to see how they improved.
Outside of Provant, my passion is spending time with my husband and three daughters. We love any outdoor activities!

I’m part of a team that manages, trains and develops our employees around the country. I am a problem solver. I am a producer. I am someone who makes it happen. When Provant creates a wellness program for a specific employer, my team not only trains and manages those who implement our services, but we also work toward the continued development and improvement of each and every process along the way.
The quality of our service and the flexibility we offer to our clients is what makes Provant stand apart.
Provant is an energetic, adaptable, conscientious, brave, loyal and trustworthy company, and I continually strive for all of the above. I can say with confidence that I contribute to the company’s energy level.
Working with a diversity of people is what motivates me most about my job. It has also been fulfilling to see the worksite wellness industry continue to develop into such a dynamic part of our clients' organizations across North America.
Outside of Provant, my passions are sailing, mountain climbing, running and flying.
I have a VERY important job. I am responsible for keeping our on-site, Provant-certified staff happy, this includes payroll! After all, keeping our talented staff motivated and engaged is a huge part of our success, especially since we have a reputation of going “above and beyond”.
If I were to describe our company as a person, I would say Provant is interesting, fun and challenging. We’re always challenging ourselves to do better for our clients, whether it means coming in early, staying late or jumping on a last-minute flight. It’s wonderful being a part of such a great team.

I ensure the successful execution of onsite wellness programs and events and strive to surpass the client’s expectations with the ease of our process. I am very calm and organized, which I believe helps me develop solutions when presented with challenges.
We take great pride in our work and our company. We have experienced and well-trained teams in the field who are able to engage our clients and provide exceptional service. If and when an issue arises, all hands are on deck to get the job done right the first time.
For fun, you might catch me riding my “Heely’s” through the office; outside of work, I enjoy watching or playing different sports, snowboarding, traveling, watching movies or playing video games.
